Our process starts with understanding how your open position fulfills a business need and aligns to your company’s overall strategy. This includes asking in-depth questions to gain insight into your company culture and values. We prefer to collaborate with both HR and hiring managers in discussing the hiring need. The more we know up-front, the more effective our efforts.

We manage the hiring process from targeting, sourcing and qualifying candidates to coordinating on-site interviews, verifying credentials and negotiating compensation.

If relocation is involved, we gather information on your community, its selling points and resources. We also want to ensure the needs of spouses and/or significant others are understood.

We follow up post-placement to ensure successful assimilation into your company.
