The more we know up-front, the more effective our efforts.
We manage the hiring process from targeting, sourcing and qualifying candidates to coordinating on-site interviews, verifying credentials and negotiating compensation.
If relocation is involved, we gather information on your community, its selling points and resources. We also want to ensure the needs of spouses and/or significant others are understood.
We follow up post-placement to ensure successful assimilation into your company.
